Item should be in original Box and with original invoice.
The condition of the item must be sellable.
The return/ exchange fee is 15 Aed is fixed (in case of free), equal to the delivery charge.
The return/exchange for Syrups is applicable during 3 days after purchase.
Incase the item was received damaged, with missing parts or in non-working condition, customer should report within 24 hours after delivery and it will be will exchanged with the same item for free. The same must be proved with photos upon delivery.
Item with damaged packing or damaged itself cannot be exchanged with another item.
Purchase refund for the returned items is processed within 14 days from the date of return.
Delivery fee is non-refundable.
The return is applicable only from United Arab Emirates.
